When you have your own Combell account,and would like to give Open Up Media access to manage your hosting environment, please follow these steps.

  1. Log in to https://my.combell.com
  2. Go to Settings > Users, and select Administrators



Option 1 - Administrator account (preferred)


  1. On the user overview, select Administrators
  2. At the bottom of the user list, click on Invite administrator
  3. Create a new account, using the following field values
    1. First name: Open Up
    2. Last name: Media
    3. E-mail: dev@openupmedia.be
    4. Activate "Immediately send this administrator a link via e-mail"
    5. Language: Dutch
    6. Copy rights from: Select your own account
  4. Save account (Invite administrator button)

Note: Once we have access we'll disable the rights we don't need.



Option 2 - Regular user account


  1. On the user overview, select Users
  2. At the bottom of the user list, click on Invite a user
  3. Create a new account, using the following field values
    1. First name: Open Up
    2. Last name: Media
    3. E-mail: dev@openupmedia.be
    4. Activate "Immediately send this administrator a link via e-mail"
    5. Language: Dutch
    6. Copy rights from: Nobody
  4. Save account (Invite user button)
  5. Once the user has been added, a new link will appear Assign permission to this user, click on that link

  6. On the permission screen, select All rights

Note: if it's not possible to allow All rights, then select Rights per account or product group. 
Select the correct access for at least Webhosting, and Database. If possible, also activate DNS & forwarding management.
